I have three categories when I think of what I want to play at a certain time. One is slots, the second is live dealers (texas hold 'em / Funky Time, and last is how fast / getting paid instantly. Scrooge doesn't keep you guessing. Last thing: they have live support chat (although sometimes there's a tiny bit of a wait) - but they always addressed my concerns that I have had in the past. Overall I would give them a 5 - but the only reason it's a 4 is because of the website layout - it could just use a more modern touch and approach to it.
