I asked to self exclude on 4 separate occasions and each time a ‘VIP’ manager contacted me to offer cash rewards and asked me to ‘hold on a little longer and not make any final decisions’. The customer support team are the most useless and unhelpful team I’ve ever had to deal with and are now ignoring my emails. I’ve asked to make a formal complaint but the complaints email they have supplied does not work! Avoid this casino at all costs, looks at reviews on reputable sites like casino.guru to understand why!

The way lucky gold dot fish has their platform set up makes it very valuable for both you and them to make money while remaining allies. I really appreciate having them and every time I’ve interacted with staff they’ve been more than friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Their "free spins" are a complete trap. You get 20 spins on a dead slot that pays nothing, and then the fine print says you need to deposit to even unlock the winnings. It's blatant false advertising.
